I made an appointment to have my tires replaced. Although there was a mix up with their supplier, they were able to get the tires, install, balance, align and get me on my way in short order, all with a gracious attitude (thanks Cindy!)

They are always very polite, courtesy, and listen to concern about your automobile. They come and explain the problem and cost prior to repairs. Repairs are time in a timely manner. I have been please for the past 3 years and trust the work once I drive away.

I've been going to Neighborhood Tire Pros and Auto Service for several years and have always had exceptional service. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and they really take the time to explain what's happening with your car and how to best fix it. On top of that, they stand by the quality of their work and provide warranties. I've recommended the shop to family and friends and will continue to do so!
